I do not consent to this. Indeed, there are no Ethics involved. And if They think They can get "implied consent" by "telling" Us in movies and TV shows, in esoteric symbolism, or in obscure places, They can't.
To get implied consent, each One who may be affected must be told, while conscious and aware, all the details, up front, in the vernacular used by the Individual, in clear and certain terms. THEN if They do not say, "No!," can implied consent be taken.
